B. Parks and Community Services: Award and authorization for the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with Dudek for professional urban forestry consulting services in the amount of $368,420.40 for Hanford Goes Green Project through the USDA Forest Service Urban and Community Forestry Inflation Reduction Act Grant Program

C. Utilities and Engineering: Award the advance purchase of Traffic Signal poles and mast arms and signal equipment to JAM Services, Inc. for the low bid price of $111,220.00 for the 12th Avenue at Hume Avenue Traffic Signal Project.

D. Utilities and Engineering: Approval to purchase a Portable Pump for the Storm Utility Division from Bogie's Pump Systems of Fresno, CA in the amount of $64,891.19 and appropriation of $65,000 from the Storm Drain Capital Fund (0359)

G. Police: Approval of the overhire, through June 30, 2025 of three (3) Police Cadets using existing salary savings to ensure timely fulfillment of the eight new police officer positions approved under Measure H

H. Finance: Authorization to Award an Agreement with Elite Medical (Visalia, CA) for an employee shared health clinic and enter into a joint agreement with Hanford Joint Union High School District (HJUHSD) for a term of three years at a city annual costs of approximately $300,000.

I. Finance: Authorization for the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Professional Services with Financial Credit Network (FCN) for collection activities with professional liability coverage limits below standard city limits.
