CONSENT CALENDAR: Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these matters unless a request is made and then the item will be removed from the Consent Calendar to be discussed and voted upon by a separate motion. A. PROCEDURAL WAIVER: Waive reading in full of resolutions and ordinances and approval and adoption of same by reading title the only. B. Community Development - Housing: Award of Contract Fair Housing Education Services E. Public Works: Authorization to Award a contract to Robert Marks Plumbing of Visalia Ca, in the amount of $45,910.53, establish a construction contingency of $4,600.00; and approve an additional appropriation of $31,900.00 from the Accumulated Capital Outlay Reserves to fully fund the Civic Auditorium Sewer Main Replacement Project. B. Public Works: Authorization to Award a contract to Best Contracting Services, Inc., of Gardena CA, in the amount of $368,450.00, Award the purchase of roofing material to The Garland Company in the amount of $318,412.44, Establish a construction contingency of $36,485.00; and Approve an additional appropriation of $63,347.44 from the Accumulated Capital Outlay Reserves to fully fund the Civic Auditorium Roof Replacement Project. Parks and Community Services: Authorization to Award a contract to American Incorporated of Visalia CA, in the amount of $129,787.00 for the mechanical portion Civic Auditorium Cooler replacement project, authorization to award a contract to Gilbert Electric Company out of Hanford CA, in the amount of $46,500.00 for the electrical portion of the project, authorization to award a contract to Robert Marks Plumbing out of Visalia CA in the amount of $16,643.27, authorization to award the purchase of the coolers to FACSCO out of Fresno CA in the amount of $49,158.33, establish a construction contingency of $19,300.00; approve an additional appropriation of $103,320.00 from the Building Equipment Replacement Reserves; and approve an Additional Appropriation of $158,059.60 from the Accumulated Capital Outlay Reserves to fully fund the Civic Auditorium Roof Cooler Replacement Project.
