REORGANIZATION OF THE CITY COUNCIL – SELECTION OF THE MAYOR AND VICE MAYOR : Reorganization of the City Council - Annual Selection of the Mayor and Vice Mayor
CONSENT CALENDAR: Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these matters unless a request is made and then the item will be removed from the Consent Calendar to be discussed and voted upon by a separate motion. A. PROCEDURAL WAIVER: Waive reading in full of resolutions and ordinances and approval and adoption of same by reading title the only. B. City Attorney: Consent to Assignment of Subdivision Agreement, between the City of Hanford and Rhetorical Flourish, LLC, for Tract No. 902 C. IT: Approval of the Annual Purchase of Microsoft Software Licensing in the amount of $52,709.99. D. Public Works: Approval of a payment to King's Petroleum, for the purchase of unleaded fuel for Fleet Operations, in the amount is $31,338.95. E. Public Works: Authorization to Advertise for Bids for FY 21/22 Mussel Slough: Laura Lane Pump Installation Project and Pre-Authorize the City Manager to award and execute the contract on behalf of the City to the lowest responsible bidder providing project bid is within current budget appropriation. F. Finance: Review and Approve the City of Hanford's Fiscal Year 2020/2021 Annual Report of Development Impact Fees (AB 1600 Mitigation Fee Act).
Finance: Introduction of Ordinance No. 21-15, amending Chapters 2.48 of the City of Hanford Municipal Code to update the rules governing the purchase of goods and services for the City of Hanford.
GENERAL BUSINESS: A. Administration: Authorization to enter into a contract with Integrated Avian Solutions to provide Falconer services, to continue to move the Crow Population in Downtown Hanford, for an amount not to exceed $55,600 for Calendar Year 2022. B. Fire: Adoption of resolution No. 21-56-R, authorizing the City Manager to execute the application for the Emergency Vehicle Replacement grant program offered by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
