Public Works: Approval of a payment to King's Petroleum, for the purchase of diesel fuel for Fleet Operations, in the amount is $32,342.63. G. Public Works: Approval of the Notice of Completion for Tract No. 916 Pacific Grove Addition #2 and authorization for the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest and file said Notice with the Kings County Recorder's Office. (12th Avenue & Bristol Lane). H. Public Works: Approval of a Notice of Completion for the FY 20/21 Pavement Resurfacing: Single & Double Fiberized Micro Treatment Project at a total construction cost of $899,421.83 and authorization for the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest and file said Notice with the Kings County Recorder's Office.
Parks and Community Services: Consideration of an appropriations request from the City's General Fund, in the amount of $39,613.33, to cover the cost Ice Rink Expenses not previously approved in the FY22 budget.
Public Works: Award of a contract to HBC Enterprise of Clovis Ca, in the amount of $64,256.60 for the FY 20/21 Hidden Valley Park Fitness Pad Project; Appropriate an additional 33.564.10 from the Park Impact Fees to fund the project; and Establish a construction contingency of $4,500.00 for this project.
Public Works: Approval of the Purchase of a 2022 Ford F-550 utilities service truck from Keller Ford, of Hanford, Ca., in the amount of $112,851.02 to replace a 2009 utility service truck; Authorization of an additional appropriation of $42,911.02 from Water Capital Reserve Funds to cover the cost of the purchase; and declare the 2009 unit as surplus.
Fire: Approval of a contract with Fresno County for fire dispatch services, beginning March 1, 2022, and Approval of an appropriation from the General Fund of $65,000 for FY22 and $215,000 for FY23 to cover the cost of the Contract.
GENERAL BUSINESS: A. Finance: Authorization for the Issuance of One or More Series of Pension Obligation Bonds, Subject to Further Council Action, in order to Refinance Outstanding Obligations of the City to the California Public Employees’ Retirement System with estimated principal amount of up to $33,225,000, Authorizing a Judicial Validation Action, and Approving and Directing Related Matters (Resolution No. 21-55-R) B. Finance: Adoption of Resolution No. 21-54-R, thereby Adopting and Establishing a formal Debt Management Policy for the City of Hanford C.
