Public Works: Award a contract to TBS Construction of Madera Ca, in the amount of $257,278.78 for the FY 20/21 CDBG Lacey Park Basketball Courts Project, establish a construction contingency of $25,000.00 for this project, appropriate an additional $64,319.70 from the Park Impact Fee Reserve Fund and $40,359.08 from the Accumulated Capital Outlay Reserve Fund to fully fund the project. Create size breakdowns for “Office; medical, dental, or optometry” and allow limited office uses in the C-R Regional Commercial zone district; and b. Create size breakdowns for “Office; professional or commercial” and allow limited office uses in the C-R Regional Commercial zone district; and c. Eliminate size breakdowns for “Furniture stores” and allow furniture stores (any size) as a permitted use in the C-R Regional Commercial, MX-C Corridor Mixed Use, and MX-D Downtown Mixed-Use zone districts; and d. Add “Laboratory; general, medical, or dental” as a conditionally permitted use in the C-R Regional Commercial zone district; and e.
