Public Works: Award a contract to TBS Construction of Madera Ca, in the amount of $257,278.78 for the FY 20/21 CDBG Lacey Park Basketball Courts Project, establish a construction contingency of $25,000.00 for this project, appropriate an additional $64,319.70 from the Park Impact Fee Reserve Fund and $40,359.08 from the Accumulated Capital Outlay Reserve Fund to fully fund the project. Public Works: Authorization to Advertise for Bids for the Drilling and Development Phase of the FY 20/21 New Water Supply Wells Project and Pre-Authorize the City Manager to award and execute the contract on behalf of the City to the lowest responsible bidder providing project bid is within current budget appropriation.

Create size breakdowns for “Office; medical, dental, or optometry” and allow limited office uses in the C-R Regional Commercial zone district; and b. Create size breakdowns for “Office; professional or commercial” and allow limited office uses in the C-R Regional Commercial zone district; and c. Eliminate size breakdowns for “Furniture stores” and allow furniture stores (any size) as a permitted use in the C-R Regional Commercial, MX-C Corridor Mixed Use, and MX-D Downtown Mixed-Use zone districts; and d. Add “Laboratory; general, medical, or dental” as a conditionally permitted use in the C-R Regional Commercial zone district; and e.
