PUBLIC HEARINGS: City Attorney: Adoption of Resolution of Necessity 21-42-R for APN 001-040-015 (the “Property”) authorizing the City Attorney to take the steps necessary to finalize the acquisition of the property (Arthur Delgado Eminent Domain) for the widening of 12th avenue by the City (the “Project”).
Community Development: Public hearing to Accept comments and Approve the submission of the 2020/21 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report.
GENERAL BUSINESS: Public Works: Authorization to advertise for bids for the FY 20/21 CDBG Lacey Park Basketball Courts and Pre-Authorize the City Manager to award and execute the contract on behalf of the City to the lowest responsible bidder, providing project bid is within current budget appropriation.
Administration: Adoption of Resolution No. 21-42-R, expressing support for actions to further strengthen local democracy, authority, and control as it relates to Local zoning & Housing Issues and Personal Rights of City Residents.
