Administration: Adoption of Resolution No, 21-24-R, delegating authority for determining Industrial Disability pursuant to Government Code Sections 21156 and 21173. D. Public Works: Authorization for the Director of Public Works to send a letter to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO), requesting the Extension of Services to the proposed dwelling unit in the County without annexation by the City of Hanford. GENERAL BUSINESS: A. Community Development: Council Review and Consideration of Substantial Amendment No.4 to the City of Hanford Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2019-2020 Action Plan B. Fire: Approval of an annual contract with Lexipol, LLC for reviewing, developing and updating the Fire Department policy and procedures; Authorization for the City Manager to execute the required Agreement for $51,902; and Appropriation of $42,000 from the City's General Fund in 2020/2021 to cover the cost of the implementation C. Council: Receive and discuss the list of committees and boards that have City Council representation directly appointed by the Council and make new Appointments as appropriate.
