This is also the public’s opportunity to request an item from the Consent Calendar be pulled for discussion purposes or to comment on any item on the agenda. Comments related to Public Hearing items will be heard at the time the item is discussed. A maximum of three minutes is allowed for each speaker. CONSENT CALENDAR: Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these matters unless a request is made and then the item will be removed from the Consent Calendar to be discussed and voted upon by a separate motion. A. PROCEDURAL WAIVER: Waive reading in full of resolutions and ordinances and approval and adoption of same by reading title the only. B. City Clerk: Approval of the Minutes of the December 3, 2020 Special Meeting C. City Clerk: Approval of the Minutes of the January 19, 2021 Meeting E. City Clerk: Denial of a claim for damages and authorization for the City Clerk to send out notification of such to Jennifer Brown. F. Administration: Reject Notice of Government Claim H. City Attorney: Approval of Second Amendment to Tower Lease with Option and Memorandum of Second Amendment to Tower Lease with Option I. Information Technology: Approval of a Change to the contract with Tyler Technologies for the upgrade and implementation of the EnerGov software in the amount of $81,400.00 and Appropriation of the funding from the Computer Replacement Reserve to cover the additional cost. J. Public Works: Approval of the Notice of Completion for the Stonecrest Basin Pump Equipment Installation Project, and authorization for the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest and file said Notice with the Kings County Recorder's Office.
Administration: Approval of a Letter of Opposition, on behalf of the City of Hanford, regarding S.B. 556, Wireless Broadband Infrastructure Removal of Local Authority of Public Rights-of-Way.
GENERAL BUSINESS: A. City Attorney: Adoption of Resolution 21-12-R declaring four (4) City-owned, undeveloped residential lots located on Idlewood Way, west of Greenbrier Drive, as surplus property B. Parks and Community Services: Approval of the contract with Park Planet for the Centennial Park Playground Renovation and appropriation of $263,660.49 from the Accumulated Capital Outlay fund to fund the project. C. Public Works: Approval of seven (7) On-Call Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services Agreements
