Police: Authorization to purchase a new vehicle (truck) and required upfitting for the recently approved Parks Resource Officer, at a cost of $62,408.67, to be funded out of the existing operational budget for Parks and Community Services.
Public Works: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Tract No. 927 Lennar Homes, and acceptance of all easements and dedications offered for public use and adoption of Resolution 21-09-R annexing additional properties within Assessment District No. 15-01 (District Restructure No. 15-01-C) (NEC Grangeville Blvd and 13th Avenue)
Public Works: Adoption of Resolution No. 21-10-R Initiation of Landscape Assessment District Proceedings and 21-11-R Intention to Levy Assessments and Confirmation of Engineer's Report for Landscape Assessment District 21-01 located at southeast corner of Centennial Drive and W. Sangiovese Street, and set May 4, 2021 as the Public Hearing date.
GENERAL BUSINESS: A. Community Development/Public Works: Award of Contract to VPRA Technologies, Inc. for $36,457 for the preparation of a VMT Analysis of the General Plan Implementation, development of a streamlining process for tiering off of the General Plan EIR, and development of Guidelines for addressing project-specific VMT analysis. Location: Citywide. B. Public Works: Approval of a Notice of Completion for the Eastside Sanitary Sewer Trunk Main Project at a total construction cost of $9,847,534.09, and authorization for the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest and file said Notice with the Kings County Recorder's Office. C. Administration: Accept the Summary Report from Outlier Services, LLC, regarding the City Council's Goals & Objectives and adoption of Resolution 21-08-R, thereby Adopting Professional Governance Standards for the City Council.
