This is also the public’s opportunity to request an item from the Consent Calendar be pulled for discussion purposes or to comment on any item on the agenda. Comments related to Public Hearing items will be heard at the time the item is discussed. A maximum of three minutes is allowed for each speaker. Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted in one motion. PROCEDURAL WAIVER: Waive reading in full of resolutions and ordinance and approval and adoption of same by reading title only. B. City Clerk: Approval of the Minutes of the September 1, 2020 Meeting. C. City Clerk: Approval of the Minutes of the September 15, 2020 Meeting. D. Parks and Community Services: Adoption of the City of Hanford Naming/Renaming Policy for City facilities, properties and improvements. E. Community Development: Historic Resources Permit 2020-02: a request to construct a manager’s suite at the Irwin Street Inn. The property is designated as a contributing building outside of the Historic Overlay Zone. The project is located at 522 N. Irwin St. (APN 010-235-012). F. Community Development: Adoption of the Revised RESOLUTION NO. 20-18-R; Supporting an Application for Funding from the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development Permanent Supporting Housing Program (PLHA). G. Public Works: Acceptance of the Grant Deed from Stuart A. Clark, President of Cal-Clark Farms, Inc., Dated August 11, 2020 for street widening purposes at Stagecoach Drive and 13th Avenue. H. Public Works: Acceptance of a Grant of Easement from Implacable Properties, LLC., dated October 15, 2020 for street widening purposes at Alpine Drive between Houston and Hume Avenue.
A. Administration: Approval of the revised Standard Airport Lease Agreement to be used for all future Land and Facility leases at the Hanford Municipal Airport. B. Finance: Adoption of Resolution No. 20-29, stating the City's intent on a General Fund balanced budget and emergency reserve policies. C. Police: Introduction of Ordinance No. 20-14. replacing Section 8.24 of the City's Municipal code, in its entirety, thereby adopting the new Shopping Cart Regulations
