City Clerk: Denial of a claim for damages and authorization for the City Clerk to send out notification of such to Bradley Smith-Glen. D. Police: Approval of the sole-source purchase of the National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS) software from Sunridge systems in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 and authorization to transfer funding from Fund 1511 to Fund 1512 and adjust the appropriation limits for each fund accordingly. F. Police: Approval of an Amendment to Municipal Code Section 5.56.330 (E) (Operating Requirements for non-storefront retail) to will allow for an increase in the storage capacity for on-site cannabis contingent upon the operator meeting additional security requirements. Public Works: Approval of the purchase and installation of a new pump control panel and associated equipment in the amount of $22,278.00 from Telstar Instruments, of Hanford, Ca for Storm Drain Lift Station No. 49 (Sixth Street and 10th Avenue). L. Public Works: Second reading of Ordinance No. 20-11, an amendment to Section 10.16.130(B) of the City of Hanford Municipal Code, to prohibit parking at any time on East Third Street from 9th Avenue to East end, both sides. M. Public Works: Second reading of Ordinance 20-09 adding Section 12.20 to the Hanford Municipal Code pertaining to the duty of Property Owners to maintain and repair sidewalks and confirming the liability of property owners, under existing state law, for failing to satisfy such duty. N. Public Works: Approval of the purchase of a new 200 HP motor for the wastewater aeration basin from Turnupseed Electric Supply of Tulare, CA in an amount not to exceed $38,771.74.

Community Development: Zone Text Amendment No. 2020-02, a request by the City of Hanford to: - Amend Title 5, adding Chapter 5.64, establishing operating conditions for mobile food vendors; Amend Title 10, Section 10.14.140 conditions for use of public right-of-way by peddlers and vendors was amended to reference the requirements of Section 5.64; Amend Title 17, Section 17.08.030 – Commercial, Office, and Industrial Zone Use Table of the Hanford Municipal Code by adding Mobile Vendors as a temporary use in all commercial zones; Amend Title 17, Section 17.76 to allow mobile vendors as a temporary use; and Amend Title 17, Section 17.96 to amend the definition of mobile food vendor and food trucks.
